Indian Peaks Ranch - see map for direction
The Indian Peaks Ranch is located in the prestigious C Lazy U Homesteads. Once past the town of Granby, turn off of Highway 40 onto Highway 34 where you will travel 5.1 miles to Willow Creek Road turnoff, (County Road #40).

Turn left onto County Road #40 (dirt road but County maintained) and travel 2.7 miles to a T intersection. Turn left and go over a one lane bridge and travel for 1.3 miles (past boat launch & campground).

Gate to the C Lazy U Homesteads is on the left. Enter and travel up the dirt road for 0.8 miles staying to the right at all times. Finally, bear to the Right uphill as the road goes past the Hat Trick Ranch. Indian Peaks is at the end of this road.

RANCH DESCRIPTION:
This 35 acre ranch is situated on one of the finest sites in the C Lazy U Homesteads.
